On July 28, 2024, Norman Regional Health System began a new chapter in its nearly 80-year history by bringing together its acute care services under one roof at the newly expanded Norman Regional Hospital off I-35 and Tecumseh at 3300 HealthPlex Parkway.

The consolidation of acute care services from the historic Porter campus to the newly expanded hospital was a strategic milestone, not just a change in geography, but a modernization of how and where care is delivered.
