Went to Ortho Central Stat “walk in clinic” in Norman on Sunday afternoon to see if I could get them to take a look at an achilles injury I suffered and am so glad I did! I was able to be seen by the orthopedic physician assistant within 50 minutes without an appointment. Chris Travis, the P.A., was able to thoroughly examine my ankle, evaluate my injury, and get me fitted for a boot that I will wear for three weeks (which I am already reaping the benefits from). It was so convenient and he operated with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. I highly recommend them.

Chris and his staff are so great. I was having a personal issue that I had to leave to go out of state the same day as my appointment. I needed a brace on my arm, but they didn’t have the right one. I thought I had a problem with my right hip joint. Had X-rays taken. Chris had great news that it wasn’t my hip. It was a little arthritis in my L1-L2. Happens with getting older. Also had my distal biceps tendon reattached in 2022 that was very successful. I would recommend everybody to P. A. Chris Travis and Dr Kirkpatrick.

I had sustained an injury and was worked in today. At no time did I feel like I was a burden or that there was any problem doing this. My provider was so incredibly professional I immediately felt comfortable with him and felt he would do what was best for me. I drove a distance so they worked getting me an mri that same afternoon. I was told by the technologist that they had up to 48 hours to read the results. However they called me that afternoon and explained the findings. The professionalism of these people and this provider is exemplary. I have recently felt some frustration and disappointment in the manner other health care providers treat their clients. This clinic erased all that. They receive a gold star in my book! I commented to them how very nice and professional they were. I am happy to put that in writing. Thank you all so very much.

Chris Travis was knowledgeable and forthright. Everything was quickly done from x-rays to diagnosis to fitting of arm sling/brace. I was informed of what to expect during recovery, time involved, and also had all questions answered succinctly. Ortho Center has the best!

I appreciate the time and concern Dr. Travis gives to his patients. He never rushes and is thorough in his assessments and answers all questions. No one ever wants to go to the Dr. but if you have to, there is no better place to go. They are truly the best of the best.

This was an appointment to recheck a couple of broken bones. I had some x-rays after which I was tested to see how my strength is now. The x-rays show I am producing new bone where the breaks were. I have been treated very well by Christopher Travis. He does not rush the appointment and takes time to make sure I know the status of my condition. The hospital only identified my broken humerus, but when I asked for x-rays of additional areas we found out that my radius was also broken. I am extremely grateful that he listened to me and was willing to go that extra mile. I highly recommend him.

Nothing I can say but AMAZING!!!!! Great bed side manners always willing to stay as long as needed to listen and answer all quesadillas problems. I will have to say we really had no problems with anything. Just so outstanding. My daughter is going to miss going for her visits. She really loves going, they always seem to make her laugh.

Amazing!!!! I have had knee problems since I was 15 and when I did go see a doctor they basiclly told me I was crazy. Travis Chris was the only one that made me feel better about my knee he just didn't think I wanted meds. He order so test and after 12 years I am finally going to get the help I have been needing Thank you so much for everything you do. See u on the 11th.
