About Kristen Sweet, CNP

Kristen Sweet, CNP, is a board certified adult nurse practitioner, specializing in cardiology. She has extensive experience in cardiovascular care as both a cardiovascular ICU nurse and cardiology nurse practitioner. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma and a Master's of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

She specializes in:

• Coronary artery disease
• Carotid artery interventions
• General medical cardiology

Kristen is nationally certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an adult nurse practitioner. She is also a member of several professional organizations including Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing and the American College of Cardiology.
