Dr. Muhammad Salim, is a highly experienced board certified interventional cardiologist. He is board certified in nuclear cardiology and interventional vascular medicine. Dr. Salim is certified by the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM) and has achieved diplomate status with the ABVLM.
Dr. Salim has a certification for Registered Physicians in Vascular Interpretation through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Kentucky’s College of Medicine and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Bowman Gray School Medicine at Wake Forest University. Dr. Salim also has a very robust Vein Clinic at Norman Heart and Vascular Associates.
