The new facility is very nice! The parking issue needs to be addressed. Valet parking? How many handicapped spots are available? People should not be parking in PT Central's lot. Take a peek inside their facility and you will discover the average age is around 70. These people can barely walk 10 feet. I am not an employee of this organization but a patient.

I had difficulty finding the new facility due to lack of signage and directions. Once I found the door, I was not informed I'd have to go upstairs. When I got into the waiting room, the lady at the front desk was disinterested and didn't care that I had difficulty finding the office. The lady at the front also failed to have me pay my copay until I asked. I felt like I was a bother to the front desk staff. My doctor and her nurse did am excellent job and I enjoyed my visit with them.
