Journey Clinic Closure Announcement

We regret to inform you that as of July 8, 2024, Journey Clinic is closing within the next 90 days and will no longer accept new patients.

We understand that this announcement might cause some concern, and we’re committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all our patients.

Request Medical Records:

The privacy and confidentiality of our patient’s personal health information is very important to us at Norman Regional. To ensure no barriers to access your medical records, we have several options for you to request your records:

  • You may utilize the QR code below to request electronically or you may visit our website at Request Medical Records for questions and help.

  • Complete the Release of Records request in its entirety, sign, and fax to 405-307-1360. You may also mail it to 901 N. Porter Ave. Norman, Oklahoma, Attention Health Information Management, or submit it in person at our Health Information Management department.

With the current changes at Journey Clinic, Norman Regional Patient Financial Services is happy to assist with any questions or concerns related to the following:

For those patients who pre-paid, the Norman Regional Financial Team is working to issue refunds.
