The first step in the referral process is your visit to the Patient Navigation Clinic. Our goal is to quickly address your specialty care referral. This streamlined process jump starts your wellness journey with your specialty care provider.
What to expect
You can expect to be contacted within 2 business days regarding the details of your specialty care referral. Any specialty instructions will be provided at that time. You may be asked to fast (avoid eating) prior to your appointment.
Your Patient Navigation Clinic Provider
Tamara Manning, APRN, FNP is an advanced practice provider at Norman Regional Patient Navigation Clinic. Tamara received her Advanced Nurse Practitioner degree from The University of Oklahoma. Tamara has practiced within Norman Regional Health System as a Primary Care Provider at our walk-in clinics and Primary Care. She is certified as a Family Care Provider and has treated a variety of patients along the ago continuum. Tamara is at the clinic Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday to see patients. Her nursing staff is available at the clinic Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
