Norman Regional Health System (NRHS) is a multi-campus system that provides for the health and wellness needs of our regional communities throughout south central Oklahoma. Our mission is to serve our community as the leader in health and wellness care. NRHS is one of the last independent health systems in America, with the freedom to design our services around the unique needs of the Oklahomans we serve.
With like goals in mind, NRHS and a number of community physician leaders developed a physician network known as NHealth. NHealth is governed by a Board led by physicians for physicians. NHealth’ s driving focus is to improve the quality of healthcare for our community while also controlling costs.
NHealth pursues and negotiates pay-for-performance contractual agreements that provide physicians the financial recognition for their efforts in improving health care quality in an efficient and effective way.
NHealth members are given the ability to collaborate with physician colleagues and NRHS through varying committees to develop initiatives that enhance quality and the service of care delivered throughout our community.
NHealth works closely with the Population Health team at NRHS to monitor and analyze quality metrics allowing NHealth members to measure their individual performance against those of their peers. In return, NHealth members are eligible to earn financial incentives for NHealth’s clinical outcomes and cost control accomplishments.
Whether you are a patient or a provider, NHealth is here to be your partner in healthcare.
