NHealth offers a unique health plan called the Coordinated Care Plan. It is currently available to Norman Regional Health System employees. This plan brings together all the resources of the NHealth to help patients or members manage their health conditions. Members may even qualify for financial incentives through this plan.

Collaboration with a provider to strengthen the patient-provider relationship
Case management services to assist in the continuum of care

Qualifying members may be eligible for reimbursement on the costs of co-payments and pharmacy expenses associated with certain chronic conditions
