I was very frustrated with the online check in. Spent a very lengthy time one evening & I didn't finish. Called left a message & did not receive a call back. I had a friend drive me up so I could finish checking in. Took for ever. Arrived to check in & was handed papers to fill out because I didn't check in on line. I almost lost it. Thought about walking out. I filled out papers & took past my appointment time.
