Bethany Browne is a physician’s assistant with Ortho Central’s Norman and Midwest City clinic locations and works with Dr. Brian Clowers.

Bethany became interested in orthopedics when she was an athlete rehabbing from her own sports related injuries. Bethany said she enjoys helping patients improve their quality of life and achieve their personal goals. Her patients can expect a kind, empathetic provider who will always take the time to listen to them, build relationships and make sure that they receive the best care possible.

Bethany graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is certified as a Physician’s Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In her free time, Bethany enjoys staying active by running, hiking and being outdoors. Most people don’t know that Bethany spent four years living in South Africa, where she met her husband.

Things were slow at Ortho Central that day, but when Ms. Browne joined me she explained my x-rays, examined my ankle thoroughly and told me what to expect going forward. I feel as if I am in good hands.

Bethany Browne did an amazing job explaining to me the details of my fractured ankle in a way that was understandable. They were very thorough and made me feel comfortable about the surgery. They even redid my X-ray, to make sure the ER diagnosed the fracture correctly ( which they didn’t) , so that was greatly helpful going into the next steps. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Great service! It’s busy and they are seeing a lot of patients. They have the right balance of automated digital check-in procedures, but people who actually look in the eye and listen to what you say and care about why you’re there. I did wait in the waiting room 30 minutes before getting back to a room. But once back it went very quickly. My x-rays went smoothly. I only waitined for Bethany a short while after they were taken. Bethany is kind and soft spoken. I felt she answered all of my questions and was very thorough. She paid attention to my condition and adjusted my supplements. I called back and made another appointment for her to look into another problem thst another podiatrist has been treating. I would recommend her to anyone.

PA Bethany Brown actually took time to examine the injury, review the imagery, and consult the Doctor during my visit. They made a clear diagnosis and suggestions for recovery. In my experience most practices no longer conduct a meaningful physical examine anymore, and only glaze over the radiology report. I appreciate Mrs. Brown and Dr. Clower taking time to do the exam, study the imagery, and read the radiology report.
