Absolutely amazing! I traveled from Lawton and it was probably the best medical experience I’ve ever had. My appointment was at 3pm, however I was early 240pm. I was checked in and called to the back within minutes. X-rays were fast and the staff’s response time was great. My appointment was straight to the point and I was done by 3:10pm.

I arrived about 10 minutes early and was called back before I sat down. The nurse immediately sat me down and began taking out my TKR staples after prepping the area. She then placed the SteriStrips. Within a few minutes after she left the room the PA entered, examined my knee, checked movement and told me I was way ahead of schedule. He asked if we had any questions or concerns and answered all of them without issue. All in all, a quick and efficient visit. I highly recommend the PA, Dr. Kirkpatrick, Ortho Central and NRHS HealthPlex.

The whole staff was extremely helpful. The nurses were very helpful filing out the new patients paperwork, which was great and quick. We enjoyed meeting and they got me into x-rays within minutes. They were really nice and friendly. LATER Garrett came in our room and showed us the x-rays and did a physical exam. We discussed options and decided on the shot. We were in and out of the office in less than a hour. Very impressed with the staff and care. Friendly people.
