The support staff at this office does just as good a job as the physicians. So many times you go to a doctors office and the secretarial staff, and the nurses are crabby. Not here! They are so friendly and work very fast to make sure that you have everything you need. Hillarie comes to Purcell each Friday. I make my appointments there because it's closer to my home and so convenient. There's no more than a 5 minute wait to see her. She answers all my questions and is very attentive.

I loved how quickly I was in and out! I hate needles and she eased my stress by numbing up the area first before injecting me and I was soooo appreciative of that! Hillarie, Dr. Bond and the whole team at Ortho Central took care of my during my knee surgery in 2018. Now back for hip issues. I never wait long, always greeted with kindness and both Hillarie and Dr. Bond explain everything in detail, not just today's complaint, but how that issue affect other parts of the body without the proper treatments. Listened to all questions, even answered most before I needed to. Very prompt, it's rare doctor visits are on time, but they were. Discussed scenarios with me, surgery options, what the surgeon would do for my shoulder and rotator tear, and provided the steroid shot in the arm. Highly recommended to visit her.
