About Jessica Hobbs, PT,DPT

Jessica Hobbs, PT, DPT received her Bachelor of Science at Southwestern College in Winfield, KS, and then pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where she graduated in May of 2018.

She had a lot of physical therapy herself through injuries in high school and college and fell in love with the profession when she worked as a tech at a clinic in college.

As a provider, Jessica wants her patients to know that she has been in their shoes and is invested in their progress and in helping them get better. She loves to work with all diagnoses and patients of all ages, and she loves to have fun in the clinic!

Early 2024 due to shoulder replacement surgery. Working on strengthening my shoulder and getting better range of motion. Jessica is very thorough and kind. November 2024. Worked on movement of hand and forearm to alleviate pain and difficult movement due to two falls. Again working with Jessica Hobbs.

Jessica is just great. She got me better after my shoulder surgery in record time. She is personable and gentle. She explained and demonstrated the exercises and how they would help. She never pushed me too hard and constantly made sure I was comfortable. The techs were super nice too!

Started using Jessica four days after surgery. I was nervous but Jessica was very calming and completely understood my worries. She started me off very easy and was always making sure I was feeling okay. Great to work with! Would absolutely request her again if needed.

My first time to see. She was very nice and knowledgeable! She listened to me and my concerns. She was very careful to not hurt me when she was stretching out my shoulder/arm. I was very pleased with my care and I’m scheduled to see her twice a week for 8 weeks.

I just finished up my physical therapy from two knee replacements. Jessica got my knees ready for everyday use. Im a HS official and I feel confident that everything is a go with her and the staffs help!

Ms. Hobbs is an exceptional Physical Therapist. I have been seeing her for about a month post surgery and she is encouraging and very attuned to her patients. I would have no qualms at all recommending Ms. Hobbs and the entire Ortho Central at the Young Family Athletic Center.

Jess is awesome. She explained everything she was doing every step of the way.. I was originally dreading PT for my rotator cuff surgery. Just was gentle and made me comfortable while being productive at the same time. I am now looking forward to PT and moving on with recovery.
