Joe Bourland, PA, ATC, is a same-day orthopedic care provider with Norman Regional’s Ortho Stat clinic. Joe graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Sports Science and graduated from the University of Oklahoma Physician Associate program in 1998.

Joe’s background in athletic training gave him the perfect avenue to become an orthopedic care provider as the two disciplines go hand-in-hand. He chose to pursue a career in orthopedics because he is passionate about providing his patients with easy access to personalized care.
Joe said, “The best way to make people understand that you care is to actually care,” which is the philosophy that he brings with him to Ortho Stat.
In Joe’s free time, he enjoys reading, sprint triathlons and jiu-jitsu. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching his sons’ baseball games
