About Namali Pierson, MD
Namali Pierson, MD, received her Bachelor's degree with a double major in Biology and English at Wellesley College in Massachusetts. She then worked as a Research Fellow in a cancer research lab at Harvard Medical School in Boston for two years before starting medical school at the University of Oklahoma. She completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Oklahoma and the Stephenson Cancer Center. Dr. Pierson sees patients with a wide variety of benign blood disorders, as well as cancer diagnoses, and strives to provide excellent service. Her hope is to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to all of her patients. Her goal is to give all of her patients the support they need during the course of their treatment.

Norman Regional Hospital has a beautiful facility for Oncology, as well as several other wonderful support services. Many of her patients have said they feel like a part of the family at Norman Regional Oncology. Dr. Pierson wants her patients to know that she will do everything possible for them and will work hard to give them every potential option for treatment. One of her favorite aspects of her job is getting to know her wonderful patients and their supportive family members, and being there for them every step of the way.
