  1. Do I have to sign a long term contract when I join?
    We do not have long term contracts. We understand things change and offer that flexibility to our members. We do offer month-to-month memberships, temporary memberships, and day passes.
  2. Do you have annual fees? We do not. We believe in straight forward pricing without hidden fees.
  3. What are The Health Club’s hours?
    The Health Club is accessible to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a keyfob.
  4. What are the staffed hours? We are staffed 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 1pm to 5pm on Weekends.
  5. What are the kids club hours and how much does it cost? Kids club is open 8am-noon Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am to noon Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and closed on weekends. The cost is $3 per child per visit and can be paid in cash or charged to your card on file.
  6. When is the gym busiest? 4am to 7am and 4pm to 7pm.
  7. Are all amenities included in the membership? Yes! Equipment, classes, sauna, rock wall, daily use lockers and showers are all included. The only thing you pay extra for is if you want to rent a locker ($5/mo), get a personal trainer (see page for details), or purchase proshop and merchandise.
  8. How do I contact a personal trainer?
    Please call (405) 329-5050 or email healthclub@nrh-ok.com and leave your information. One of our trainers will contact you in a timely manner.
  9. How does the cancellation process work? There is a 30 day written notice required. You can get that to us in person by filling out a cancellation form or email Kellie at kriggs@nrh-ok.com. You are always billed once more giving you 30 days to use the gym and then your membership is cancelled, provided you pay all dues necessary.
  10. If I cancel, do I have to pay initiation when I come back? If you come back within one year, we waive your initiation fee.
  11. What are your hours on holidays and during inclement weather? These hours may vary. Please call us or check our Facebook page to see updated information. Members will always have 24 hour accessibility.
  12. Do I have to bring cash or card every time I want to make a purchase? You do not! We now have a convenient system set up to where we can add and use your card on file, as well as tap to pay and apple pay for all transactions.
  13. How do I update my account information? You can stop by and fill out a form, call us with that information, email kriggs@rnh-ok.com or download our app. View App page for more information.
  14. Is there a penalty for missing a monthly payment? Your account is automatically charged a $25 late fee if your payment fails for any reason. Has your card been compromised? Call us and let us know before billing and we can work out a payment plan with you to avoid additional fees. Please be mindful our staff is unable to stop billing or make adjustments to your account on weekends.
